Spend quiet time with the Lord in Eucharistic Adoration every Thursday at St. Peter’s. This sacred time of prayer, reflection, and stillness allows us to grow closer to Christ truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. All are welcome to come and rest in His presence, whether for a few moments or an hour.
Our parish is strengthened by those who serve before, during, and after Mass. Whether it's greeting parishioners at the door, preparing the sacred space, or proclaiming the Word of God, each role contributes to a meaningful and prayerful liturgical experience.
St. Peter’s offers comprehensive religious education for children, teens, and adults seeking to grow in their Catholic faith. From sacramental preparation to lifelong faith formation, our programs nurture a deeper relationship with Christ and a greater understanding of the Church.
The Knights of Columbus at St. Peter's is a brotherhood of Catholic men united in faith, service and community. Rooted in the principles of charity, unity, and fraternity, the Kinghts actively support our parish and local area through volunteer efforts, charitable initiatives, and spiritual development. Members grow together in faith while making a meaningful impact and fostering lifelong friendships.
Meetings: 2nd and 4th Monday of each month in the parish hall.
At St. Peter’s, our Women of the Bible small group invites women of all ages and walks of life to come together in faith and fellowship. Through Scripture-based study and meaningful discussion, we explore the stories of women in the Bible and reflect on how their experiences speak to our own lives today. Whether you're new to Scripture or have years of study behind you, this group offers a warm, supportive environment to grow spiritually and build lasting connections.
Meetings: 1st and 3rd Monday of each month in the parish hall.
Our Homebound Ministry brings the love and presence of Christ to parishioners who are unable to attend Mass due to illness, age, or physical limitations. Trained ministers visit individuals in their homes, nursing facilities, or hospitals to offer prayer, companionship, and the Eucharist. This ministry ensures that every member of our faith community remains spiritually connected and cared for.
If you or a loved one would benefit from a visit—or if you feel called to serve in this ministry—please reach out to Father Andres at Fr_Andres@gunnisoncatholic.org.
The St. Peter’s Choir is a joyful and welcoming group that leads our parish in worship through music. If you feel called to lift your voice in praise and help create a beautiful, prayerful Mass, we invite you to join us. All are welcome—just bring your love for music and a heart for serving.
Choir practice is every Wednesday at 7:00 PM. Come join us!
